STEPS FOR COMPLETING THE RENTAL APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Download the Rental Application by clicking the Red Button labeled Rental Application.

2. Please complete the Rental Application as thoroughly as possible.

3. The Rental Application can be filled out online.

4. Please email your rental application to amanda.knight@willgeercpa.com

5. Send a copy of your driver's license or ID with your rental application.

6. Send copies of your last two months of your bank statements with your rental application.

7.Send copies of your last two pay period check stubs with your rental application. (If you get paid weekly we need eight paycheck stubs, if you get paid bi-weekly we need four paycheck stubs.)

8. If you receive Social Security Income or Disability, send verification with your rental application.

​9. After reviewing your information, we will contact you.

10. There is NO application fee!

We will not review your rental application unless all items listed above are included with the rental application!!!
